FireBreathing Mead $20.00 Seattle Wine Awards Bronze Medal Winner Nationwide Shipping
Mead is a wine made from honey. It is believed that honey was one of the first things ever fermented. This mead is like no other mead you have ever had. We ferment honey and jalapeños together to give this slightly sweet mead a bit of a kick. First you smell the fiery jalapeños, then with your first drink you get a slight bit of sweetness with nice smoked jalapeño flavor and just the right amount of burn on the way down. Drink with smoked meats and cheeses or something cool and creamy. My favorite pairing is Mac N More’s mac and cheese with bacon.
